With the Postscript printing capabilities of our Xerox high speed laser printers, and the variable data printing software we have developed in-house, we can provide personalized books or manuals in nearly any quantity at an economical price.

For example, we can print individualized manuals for your sales staff with their name and other variable information on any page and their full name and address on the cover. The name and address could line-up with a window envelope to mail the manual to each person.

Our Page imposition software will take your PDF file, dynamically shrink your pages, and place several of them on one physical page to reduce the size or cost of your publication.

For example, your 8.5” x 11” page could be placed as two 5.5” x 8.5” images on an 8.5” x 11” physical page and printed.

Call for details on file and format types. (MS-Word, WordPerfect and TeX files created for Postscript printers have worked very well.)

Pricing is based on the number of 8.5” physical pages printed, both sides, regardless of the number of images imposed on each page.

11” or 14” are priced the same.

Printing on 11” x 17” or 14” x 17” paper counts as two pages.

Our base charge of $160 includes loading, formatting, proofing and printing of the first 1,500 pages (2 sides). Each page after that is 8 cents, including white 24lb bond paper.

Other paper choices are available. Binding, color covers or inserts are available at additional cost.
